The mission of establishing “Clean Production & Capital Operation” program is to assist in industrial value chain building through strategic partnership on clean technology projects for leading enterprises that devote to the area of clean technology and renewable energy. UNIDO ITPO-China pledges to mobilize relevant global network and international resources and strives to provide pilot demonstration and a mature business model to foster the development of clean production with emphasis on capital operation in other developing nations, while applying the experience and expertise gained during the problem-solving process for strategic partners.
Main tasks and responsibiliies include:
- Clean-tech Industrial Cluster Development
- Clean-tech Services Innovation
- Clean Production Direct Investment
- Carbon Trading (diversified and innovated carbon financing measures including Golden Standard, VER, advance payment, options, etc...)
- Clean Production Industry Capacity Building
- Clean Production Public Seed Fund Establishment
We expect to achieve the following goals:
- Scale and Cluster Operation to Gain Efficiency
- Chinese Enterprises’ Strong Competitiveness in Niche Market of Clean Production
- Value Added and Strategic Clean-tech Background Investment Partnership
- Clean-tech Industries Securitization
