Mr Hu Yuandong, EMPA and PhD in Public Affairs candidate of Graduate School of Public Affairs, University of Colorado at Denver, U.S.A.

Mr. Hu's working experience includes two years with a civil engineering company, over six years as a Chinese professional diplomat in the early 80s and 4 years with the UNDP China Country Program. In late December 1995 he was appointed by the Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) to be Head of UNIDO Investment & Technology Promotion Office (ITPO) for China, in charge of investment promotion, technology transfer and trade facilitation until now.

Mr Hu was born in December 1954.
